Refund Policy

1. Overview
UNISON Enterprises aims to handle refund requests fairly and transparently for our automation and marketing services.
2. Free Services
Complimentary audits and consultations are free and not subject to refunds.
3. Paid Services — General Policy
3.1 Before Work Begins: 100% refund of advance payments within 7 business days if requested in writing before commencement.
3.2 After Work Has Begun: Evaluated case-by-case. Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable. If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, a pro-rata refund may be calculated based exclusively on the milestones completed and timesheets logged up to the date of the written cancellation notice.
3.3 Monthly Retainers: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Current month and notice period month are non-refundable.
3.4 International Transactions: For international transactions, refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase. UNISON Enterprises is not responsible for any differences in the final refunded amount resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations or bank-imposed conversion fees between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

- Third-party ad spend (Google/Meta)
- Software/tool subscriptions
- Domain/hosting fees
- Delivered/approved work
- Rush fees
5. Refund Request Process
Email info@unisonint.com with details. We acknowledge within 2 days and decide within 7 days. Once approved, the refund will be initiated via our payment gateway (Stripe) and will typically reflect in the customer's original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the customer's banking institution rules.
6. Dispute Resolution
Contact us directly first to resolve any issues before initiating a formal dispute with your bank. Disputes are subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
7. Quality Commitment
Notify us within 7 days if deliverables miss the scope. We revise free of charge.
8. Changes to Policy
Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
