1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing unisonint.com or using services provided by UNISON Enterprises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services & Paid Subscriptions
UNISON Enterprises provides automation, marketing, lead gen, CRM, and SEO services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.
2.1 Payment Terms: All payments for services must be made in advance using the payment methods integrated on our website or via invoices sent by UNISON Enterprises.
2.2 Recurring Billing Authorization: If you subscribe to a monthly retainer or recurring package, you explicitly authorize UNISON Enterprises to automatically charge your designated payment method through our third-party processor (Stripe) on a recurring monthly basis until you formally cancel.
2.3 Cancellation Window: To cancel a recurring subscription, you must provide a written cancellation request to info@unisonint.com at least thirty (30) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
3. International Payments, Exchange Rates, and Taxes
3.1 Currency Responsibilities: For clients paying from outside India, all transactions will be processed in the currency specified at checkout or on the invoice (typically USD). UNISON Enterprises is not responsible for any additional foreign transaction fees, bank-imposed conversion charges, or differences resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations.
3.2 Tax Obligations: For domestic Indian transactions, applicable GST will be applied. For international exports, services are classified as a Zero-Rated Supply under Indian GST regulations (subject to Letter of Undertaking compliance). Clients are solely responsible for any local import duties or localized taxes applicable within their own country's jurisdiction.
4. Use of Website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to transmit unauthorized material or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content is property of UNISON Enterprises and protected by law. No reproduction without written consent.
6. Free Audit & Growth Plan
Free audits are complimentary; recommendations are based on provided info and do not guarantee results.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate info, review deliverables timely, and maintain necessary tool access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNISON Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We are not responsible for content or availability of linked third-party sites.
10. Governing Law
Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
